Streamline Shipping Policy
- We have a streamline shipping policy in place, if any order for DVD Media or Cases is received by 2:00pm AEST it will be despatched the same day. This applies to orders with confirmed payments only, if you have selected direct deposit as your prefered payment then we will need an email or faxed copy of your payment receipt as proof of payment, all Credit Card Orders will be despatched same day. If your postage method is via Australia Post Express Post Satchels then you will receive your order the next business day providing you are within the Express Post zone.
Australian Shipping Policy
- JPL Displays is committed to customer satisfaction, our goods are dispatched as soon as payment has cleared for your order, payment must be made in full prior to shipping, we do not ship goods COD.
- Online Orders that are received before 2:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. All Media orders are shipped via Express Post, DVD Cases are shipped via Regular Post unless otherwise requested.
- All products are shipped by either by Courier or Australia Post depending on the size, weight and nature of the product.
- Pick-ups a possible but are strictly by appointment only.
International Shipping Policy
- International Online Orders that are received before 2:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day providing the purchaser has not been requested by JPL to send further identification.
- All International Orders are shipped via Australia Post Economy Air Service. If you would like your goods shipped by a quicker service then please email us to discuss.
- Although we accept International Orders we reserve the right to cancel online orders should we feel the possibility of a fraudulent purchase is present. Some Countries will need to fax or email a copy of a Passport or relevant ID that proves he/she is the Credit Card Holder.
- Any Duties or Taxes incurred on goods being shipped internationally will be the responsibility of the purchaser, each Country has different rules and regulations on goods being imported so please be sure to check this before placing your order.
- No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization. Authorization must be requested within 7 days from the invoice date.
- All products must be received within 10 days of your receipt of Authorization. Items received after 10 days will be refused. PLEASE NOTE: When returning product it is highly suggested to use a trackable shipping method.
- Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective. We can however, ship new product with a secure payment and issue credit once the returned product has been processed.
- Should your product become faulty after the first 7 days then it is expected that you follow up any Warranty Claim with the manufacturer of the item.
