I ordered and received 600 ty oem dvd -r dvds out of one pack of 100 their were 39 faulty disks . These disks had quite visible blemishes on the surface,I still have three packs of 100 left to make into fifty packs for friends so I am not sure how many duds I will find. I have emailed JPL and had no reply so looks like my loss . In the past these disks have been the best and only a few found faulty out of thousands .
